No, you do not enter information and details into a form that is sent by e-mail. 
When you contact us initially by e-mail, you will be in direct correspondence with Mary Flynn, creator of the Personalized Poems, from that point.

Q. How do I provide all the information and details?

You will converse directly with Mary Flynn who will work closely with you in order to clarify details in the information you provide. If she requires additional details, verification of names, dates etc. she will contact you further. She can also help you to gather your thoughts. Mary is always open to your suggestions and ideas.

Q. How many times would I expect to be in contact with Mary Flynn?

It is not uncommon for Mary to exchange 10 or 12 e-mails with customers.

Q. How long does it usually take from the time I contact you in order to receive the poem?

It usually takes approximately 2-3 weeks for Mary to create your poem. However, since she specializes in Teacher Retirements, it could take longer during the months of April to June.

We believe that customers want their poems to be unique, reflecting their feelings and incorporating all the details which they feel are important. As such, it is impossible to do that in a ready-made poem into which you simply insert names and dates. 
No two poems that we write are the same. 

Q. How can you offer your service for such a reasonable price?

Mary Flynn loves what she does and is devoted to writing poems on a full-time basis. 
It is as simple as that. Although very few people offer this uniquely personalized approach to writing poems, we know that anyone who writes this type of material charges from $90 - $200 for poems that range in length from 14 lines to 70 lines.
